Can I purchase partial or sections from the report?
We mostly suggest our clients to purchase the complete report which will have a different level of importance in all. But we also support our client’s in purchasing sections of their interest.
How can I order/purchase the report?

We have millions of reports on our website so finding the relevant report won’t be a challenge for you. Still, you are unable to find the interested report you can mail us your research requirements on info@mnemonicsresearch.com and a dedicated account manager will get in touch with you.
What do you mean by Single user, Site- user, and Enterprise-wide user License?
- A single user license permits only one user to use the ordered report.
- A site-user license permits more than one user, usually the report is restricted to a maximum of 5 users.
- And Enterprise wide license holders can distribute the ordered report to their organization’s wide audience including subsidiary companies and other companies within the same group.
What are the delivery formats of the ordered reports?
Mnemonics Analytical Center For Research and Consulting/ Mnemonics Research offers the below three formats:
- E-PDF
- PowerPoint Presentation (As per the content and nature of the report)
- Hard Copy
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order with us, we will send you a confirmation email with the delivery
status of your order.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you another email to confirm the delivery.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order by mailing our customer care executive on
customercare@mnemonicsresearch.com with report details and report ID.
Can I change my order?
Once the order is placed with us orders cannot be changed.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for dispatch", "shipping" or "delivered", then we
cannot accept any edits to your order. So kindly check with our executive and freeze the research
scope before placing the order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United-States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK and Germany, India, Japan,
south Korea China, Middles East and African countries and the rest of world via electronic medium.
For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 48 to 72 business hours to process it for delivery.
Customised order may take longer or less time depending upon the scope of the report, so
please check with our customer representatives while ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit and credit card. You can also request for bank wire
transfer from our team and dedicated account manager will share the Performa invoice with you to
streamline the payment process seamlessly. We additionally offer support for PayPal, Razor pay.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local
currencies: USD, INR and EUR.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, INR or EUR,
depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of
the currency you choose.
Do you offer different payment option?
We accept 2 payment option i.e. Payment via online (we except credit card, debit card, PayPal and razor pay) and Bank wire transfer. You will be able to choose that payment option on checkout.
Will I pay charges for international shipping?
Deliveries in the format of hardcopy will attract additional international shipping charges and will
vary from country to country.
Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns as the reports are non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product/service/report is purchased. The information in the report is consumed/used on delivery of the product.
Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?
We have created a referral program to thank our customers for referring their colleagues. To refer someone, you will need to contact one of our representatives on info@mnemonicsresearch.com to get better understating regarding our referral program.

We make sure all our reports are best of our knowledge and findings and the data provided from our partners are authentic and reliable as per our regular practice.
